*When a refund is requested, it must be authorised by us, the item will need to be returned back to us at your own cost, once the item is safely returned to us a refund for the value of the item minus our Free shipping cost $10.
We are happy to send you a credit coupon code via email for the same refund value amount for your next purchase online, what matters to us the most is for you to be happy with your purchase and our service.
Our credit coupon code is valid for 12 months and can only be redeemed on our website www.anapovoa.com.au and in full.

- Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
With a return for change of mind, the shoes must also be returned unworn otherwise the return cannot be processed. Also, we must authorise all returns before you send them back or the return will not be processed.
We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
